Refund policy

Adizoro offers a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. All products purchased through our website may be returned in accordance with the guidelines and eligibility criteria mentioned below.


1. General Return Conditions

You may return a product if:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear.

  • The product is not the same as originally delivered.

  • The product has changed in quality or quantity due to misuse or mishandling.

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • The return is requested due to personal preference such as “did not like the product,” “changed mind,” or “no longer needed.”


2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, email us at Ssansimayo@gmail.com
within the 7-day window.
2.2. If your pincode is eligible, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
2.3. If pickup is not available, the product must be self-shipped using a trusted courier.
2.4. Customers must provide Proof of Delivery (PoD) when self-shipping.
2.5. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.


3. Refund Process

3.1. Adizoro does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Upon approval of a return request, a gift card equivalent to the product’s value at the time of purchase (excluding any applicable taxes) will be issued.

3.2. The issued gift card will be sent via email and will be valid for 7 (seven) working days from the date of issuance.

3.3. For orders originally paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the gift card will also be issued as per the product value excluding taxes.

3.4. In the event that the customer opts for self-shipping, any courier charges incurred will not be reimbursed unless otherwise specified by Sansi Mayo.

3.5. If a reverse pickup was approved but not completed, a gift card will only be issued upon submission of a valid RVP slip or courier receipt as proof of return.


4. Exclusions & Limitations

4.1. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned without prior notice.

  • Used, soiled, or tampered items.

  • Return requests based on personal taste or preference.

  • Any promotional voucher amount used during purchase.

4.2. Adizoro is not liable for items accidentally returned to us. Such products will not be stored or reimbursed.


5. Product Issues & Replacements

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund subject to inspection. The return request must be made within 7 days, and photo evidence may be required.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for valid reasons (such as size or strap preference).
However, shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Order Cancellation & Fraud Prevention

7.1. Orders may be cancelled by Adizoro if:

  • There are pricing or stock discrepancies.

  • Suspicious activity or voucher misuse is detected.

  • The provided shipping address is invalid or frequently flagged.

7.2. Accounts may be blocked for:

  • Excessive return activity or abuse of the policy.

  • Bulk purchasing for resale.

  • Use of fake contact details or repeated refusal to accept orders.


8. Important Notes

  • Refunds may take additional time based on banking timelines.

  • Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Customers may be asked to return original packaging in dispute cases.

  • For claims of theft or partial delivery, images and a valid RVP slip are mandatory.
